Dr. Shirin Ganjali, a board-certified family medicine physician and former Regional Medical Director in women’s health, created GANO Medical to offer personalized treatments for perimenopause and menopause, helping patients feel their best.
Dr. Ryan Nolte, an experienced vascular surgeon, brings advanced vein care and vascular ultrasound services to an accessible outpatient setting. Together, they are building a serene, modern, technology-driven clinic where patients receive expert care in a welcoming, luxurious environment. Their mission is to deliver exceptional, individualized care that empowers patients to take charge of their health and overall well-being.

Shirin Ganjali, MD
Medical Director, Co-founder
Dr. Shirin Ganjali is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in women’s health, preventive care, and personalized wellness. Before co-founding GANO Medical, she served as the Regional Medical Director of Women’s Health for the Department of Veterans Affairs.Through years of practice, Dr. Ganjali witnessed a critical gap in care: perimenopause and menopause are often overlooked or managed with limited expertise.
Ryan Nolte, MD
CEO, Co-founder
Dr. Ryan Nolte is a board-certified Vascular Surgeon and co-founder of GANO Medical. He has extensive experience in the full spectrum of vascular disease including arterial and venous disorders, complex vascular reconstructions, advanced endovascular surgery, and minimally invasive procedures. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for technical excellence, innovative solutions, and compassionate patient care.
