At GANO Medical, nothing we do is “one-size-fits-all.” Hormone Replacement Therapy is deeply individualized, and so are almost all of our treatment plans. Every patient has a unique history, unique symptoms, and unique goals—so your care deserves the same level of personalization.

First Visit: $425

Your first visit is focused on understanding you. We take a detailed medical history, review your symptoms, discuss your concerns, and determine whether hormone therapy is the best option—or whether another evidence-based approach for perimenopause or menopause may serve you better. HRT is not the only option, and it is not always the right one. We make sure the treatment plan truly fits your needs.

If HRT or another treatment path is appropriate, we then move to baseline lab work. We never recommend starting treatment without a comprehensive lab evaluation. Your labs typically include:

• CBC
• CMP
• Thyroid panel
• Full hormone panel
• Any additional testing indicated by your history and symptoms

Second Visit: $425

Your second appointment is also a detailed consultation. We review your lab results together, discuss how they align with your symptoms, and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your physiology and goals. This is where we safely initiate therapy—only after we have a complete picture.

Follow Up Visits: $295

Your follow-up plan is just as personalized. Early follow-ups are scheduled more closely so we can monitor your response, ensure your treatment is working, and make timely adjustments. Once your symptoms improve and your hormone levels stabilize, your follow-up visits become less frequent, but never neglected.

If your lab results reveal another condition that requires treatment, and our physicians are able to manage it, we will discuss that with you. Depending on the condition, a separate appointment may be required to address it appropriately and thoroughly.
